Job Title: Oracle SCM Lead Location: New York (Onsite) Local Candidate to NY. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Supply Chain Management modules including but not limited to Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Business Analysts to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of SCM projects. Develop and maintain SCM system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, test plans, and user manuals. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SCM team, including mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve SCM system issues, working closely with Oracle support and other vendors as needed. Stay current with Oracle SCM product updates, new features, and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on our organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of SCM processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management applications, with a focus on modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics. In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, configurations, and integrations, including experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud SCM. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, best practices, and industry standards. Proven experience leading SCM implementation projects from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
