Salary: $60K Base Salary with profit sharing, PTO, and medical benefits. Job Summary: We seek a qualified sales professional with 2-5 years of experience in sales who can carry forward our positive momentum. The ideal candidate would have exceptional communication skills, a keen sense of business, and the ability to motivate our sales team. The role demands acute attention to detail and the ability to multitask responsibilities. You will be working under the National Sales Manager and reporting directly to the President. Job Responsibilities: Manage outside rep groups: Monitor group sales performance Hire, monitor, and fire groups Support shows/showrooms: In-person sales at shows Provide showroom samples - update new products and manage discontinued lists Monitor displays at showrooms Update and maintain product files for rep ordering apps Present at annual sales meetings Manage individual sales reps: Field customer support calls, emails, and texts from reps Supply reps with materials - catalogs, samples, images Compile and maintain best-seller lists Monitor individual reps' performance Create training programs and tools to help reps sell better Support "house" accounts: Identify and call on individual house accounts on a regular basis Manage customer service for house accounts Support "key" accounts: Reach out to key accounts with targeted strategies Present the line to key buyers at trade shows Negotiate terms and fill out required paperwork Communicate with UK buying department to ensure timely delivery Work trade shows - temporary and permanent showrooms: Plan show layouts, organize samples Maintain the annual show schedule and staffing Organize trade show logistics - pack materials, arrange freight, furnishings, etc. Set up, staff, and break down temporary trade shows - start to finish - 2-5 per year Staff permanent showrooms during trade shows - 5-8 per year Follow-up show sales leads Create and facilitate marketing efforts: Create specials for shows, reps, and house accounts Work with UK sales team to coordinate online promotions Use social media to promote HOM Product range development: Share product ideas and feedback with the UK sales team Monitor prices and margins to ensure profitability Set trade prices biannually with the UK Office Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in sales Exceptional communication skills Keen sense of business Ability to motivate a sales team Acute attention to detail Ability to multitask responsibilities Company: Our client was founded in England in 1973, and have been a wholesale supplier to customers worldwide with their own range of toys, games, and gifts since then.
