Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness and increase market share, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, Americas. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with the Americas' strategy and market trends to grow lead generation. Collaborate with sales and product line to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Partner with email, performance marketing, and digital agency/team members to design, test and evolve lead-nurturing tactics. Manage content and updates for Distributor, customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-informed decisions to optimize results. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing strategies and tactics. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, alike. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. 5+ years in a marketing role. Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus. Experience in Industrial marketing preferred. Thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive writing, presentation and negotiation skills. Strong time management, project management and decision-making skills. Embraces change in the name of efficiency and effectiveness.
