This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates. Ocean Spray is looking for a dynamic and strategic National Accounts Manager to spearhead the development of our Natural Channel business! A Day in the Life... Develop the natural channel, a new venture for the Ocean Spray Cooperative. Responsible for creating and managing the distributor and customer plans for assigned natural channel accounts Provides direct account interaction for specific accounts in order to: understand the customer's needs, deliver value added programs, develop a tactical selling strategy Implements the strategy with the customer, and measures the success of the tactics involved within the strategy Accountable for financial management, including trade budgets, deductions, etc. Responsible for achieving objectives and responsible for directing resources to attain OSC goals within stated deadlines Accountable for monthly forecasting for assigned accounts, analyzing consumption and inventory positions to make a go-forward call. Utilizes the regions and agents to ensure product distribution and merchandising at the customer level Profit & Loss Ownership for assigned national account Develop the AOP for the Natural channel and collaborate with finance and sales leadership on case, revenue, and cost inputs for the P&L Collaborates with Marketing, Revenue Management, and the commercialization team to develop strategies and tactics that deliver the annual operating volume and profit plan Effectively manage distributor set-up, financial management and relationships, inclusive of UNFI and KeHE. Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and execution of sales plans, promotions, and product launches. Monitor and evaluate broker performance through regular communication, performance reviews, and providing necessary tools, training, and resources to enhance effectiveness. Analyze market trends, retailer data and broker reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement; collaborating with the marketing & innovation teams to accelerate profitable growth. What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of sales experience with at least 3+ years in the Natural channel CPG experience Experience with both Whole Foods and Sprouts Ability to influence and make sound decisions Trade fund management experience required UNFI Experience Proficient in Sales forecasting Direct customer management experience Strong communication skills Bachelor's Degree Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required) Work Experience: At least 5 Years of Experience Annual Salary: $102,200 - $140,500 The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
