The Regional Business Manager will lead and manage daily sales operations to achieve business goals and to maximize profitability in a region and territory. As a regional manager, your duties also include managing up to seven salespeople, setting and monitoring performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, and ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld. Meet or exceed sales budget for Prolacta's product line in assigned accounts. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned territories. Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, and employee enforcing policies and procedures. Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews. Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Establishes sales objectives to achieve sales plan and quota for region in support of national objectives. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling clinical sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities. Develop relationships with Region KOL's. Build relationships with HCP's associated with Region hospital NICU's What you bring to the role Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree a plus Must have a minimum of 10 years of medical sales experience. Strategic hospital selling experience Demonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, other Prolacta teams, health economics, medical education, market access, sales operations, and training Individual must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, and must be able to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong presentation skills are a must.
