Overview: Groom Law Group is seeking a junior or midlevel associate with commercial litigation experience to join its nationwide federal court ERISA practice. Responsibilities: The litigation associate would represent clients in class actions and other complex litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans, as well as investigations by federal agencies. Qualifications: Employee benefits experience is a plus but is not required. Candidates with relevant experience, strong analytical skills, superior academic credentials, and exceptional writing ability are encouraged to apply. The expected annual pay range for this position is $215,000 - $350,000. Please note that the offer amount will be dependent on attorney class year, relevant experience, and skillset.
