Temp - RN - Hospice (Days) Walla Walla WA

For this Hospice RN position, Walla Walla expects an experienced RN that comes with hospice case management experience to manage a case load of 15 patients, 4-5 visits per day depending on area and acuity level of patient, complete charting same day. RN must be willing to perform all service level nursing (routine, GIP, continuous, and respite), must be willing to perform admission, SIA and death visits,must Licensed in WA and OR state nursing board, have a reliable vehicle to cover a 60 mile service radius (mileage will be covered at IRS standard rate), clean background check in WA and OR, drug screening, Influenza/TB/Covid vaccination records, and valid auto insurance. Tech System: Wellsky Consolo. no Oasis, just HIS NBO : all hours billed Timekeeping : Agency timesheet Mileage Reimbursement: per IRS Standard Interviews will take place prior to placing an offer Requirement description : 2 years of Hospice case management experience required Acute/Med Surg experience preferred BLS (AHA) - required Local RNs welcomed at reduced 10% off posted BR MUST have active DL & auto INS Profile Requirements: 4 year work history, if applicable Skills checklist within 1 year '1' supervisory reference Certificate(s) Verified RN license CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Washington ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Oregon RN license is strongly encouraged Weekend Requirements : As needed On Call Requirements : As needed
