Lead Urgent Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Lead Urgent Care Physician Assistant to oversee clinic staff and ensure excellent patient care. The role includes implementing clinical protocols, maintaining compliance with regulations, and performing diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures. The ideal candidate will also have experience in telehealth and be able to consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Responsibilities: Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and forward as appropriate Implement clinical protocols and maintain compliance with regulations Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results Perform therapeutic procedures, including wound care and infection management Consult with patients through virtual communication channels Other duties as assigned by management
