Triad Roofing Company is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join their growing team! Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and willingness to deal with uncomfortable situations are all important skills for this position. Job Responsibilities: Thorough understanding of all types of commercial roof systems. Estimate projects from start to finish. In coordination with the team at Triad, develop and implement a program of work and strategy for making projects happen safely, successfully, and within budgeted materials and man hours. Plan ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur. Ensure all safety guidelines are being followed. Ensure the project schedule and timelines are being followed. Oversee and direct work of crew and other trades. Job Requirements: Strong work ethic Valid Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle report Legally eligible to work in the United States The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
