Leads marketing strategy and activation for the Husqvarna North American business focused on our product portfolio for professional customers to ensure sustainable growth for Husqvarna outdoor power equipment. The Sr. Brand Manager is responsible for the implementation of the strategic vision for the business unit and tactical marketing plans for the portfolio. He/she works in partnership with Product Management to develop go-to-market strategies and with the - broader marketing team to ensure production of breakthrough creative, directs holistic marketing plans across paid, earned and owned channels. He/she is a champion of the customer and leverages insights and input from sales and cross functional teams toward developing and executing effective plans and programs. This position is a critical brand gatekeeper responsible for shaping the long-term brand vision and the strategies and tactics to deliver that vision on a yearly basis, through aligned integrated marketing plans and programs. Essential Duties: Create & execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives for the Professional business, which includes the following responsibilities: Seek to understand the needs of our commercial customers in the arboriculture, landscaping and turf care professions to influence new product development Effectively create and articulate a compelling value proposition to drive brand differentiation Drive brand strategy, brand positioning and product claims articulation Partner with other teams within marketing and cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering and Sales) and outside agencies on holistic and omnichannel go-to-market plans Develop and execute a marketing activation plan with tactics that communicate directly with our target audiences including events such as tradeshows Briefing for ad copy, packaging, instore and content development (incl eComm) for production and distribution of breakthrough advertising and online/website content Manage partner relationships with professional associations that cater to our commercial customers Manage Pro brand ambassador program and drive influencer engagement Develop and execute strategies to drive significant increased website traffic, conversion rates, revenue and profitability, leveraging analytics, A/B site, and email testing Analyze marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness Identify and conduct (internally and with agencies) research opportunities to close knowledge gaps and discover new insights Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs Manage marketing budget and deliver all marketing activity within approved budget Qualifications (Education and Experience): Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) 7+ years marketing experience (B2B experience required) Ability develop and foster positive relationships with all departments and work as a cohesive team member Customer-centric, passionate about the end-user and "what makes her/him tick" Excellent leadership and strategic skills, with ability to be decisive, nimble, and assertive Proven track record of driving profitable growth through brand management Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Analytics and problem solving with the ability to think strategically and be action-oriented Experience creating marketing plans and ability to manage a budget to deliver on those plans Passion for uncovering insight from campaign performance data and ensure ROI on marketing Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Proven communication skills, both written and oral including the ability to craft copy for marketing promotions Willingness to travel (travel is less than 10% of the time) #LI-Post Last date to apply: We are continuously accepting applications
