Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to join a growing financial services client in the area. We are seeking an Agile-Minded Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our agile approach to Salesforce development and ensuring that our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions remain at the forefront of the insurance industry. We are looking for a motivated self-starter that can work both in a team environment and independently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Agile Development: Embrace and promote agile methodologies, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions iteratively and efficiently. 2. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet the evolving needs of our insurance business, iterating based on real-time feedback. 3. Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems and tools, ensuring data consistency and adaptability. 4. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for process improvement, streamlining, and automation within the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform. 5. Apex Development: Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend the capabilities of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. 6. Lightning Component Development: Create user-friendly Lightning components and applications that enhance user experience, driving engagement and productivity. 7. Data Management: Manage financial data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, migrations, and compliance with agile principles. 8. User-Centric Approach: Champion a user-centric mindset, focusing on delivering solutions that meet the end-users' needs and preferences. 9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product owner to understand their requirements and adapt solutions accordingly. 10. Performance Monitoring and Iteration: Continuously monitor system performance, proactively address issues, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback. $75/hr to $90/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Prior experience in with life and annuity business application Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. Knowledge of insurance industry concepts, agile frameworks (e. g., Scrum, Kanban), and DevOps practices. 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer with a strong commitment to agile methodologies. Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and agile-specific tools (e. g., Agile project management software). Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs). Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
