Insight Global is looking for financial controllers for the corporate services group for a large nuclear enterprise. The ideal candidate for this role will be analytical leader to take on the role of Financial Controller and manager. You will be responsible for managing a large enterprise budget of over $150M within the CIO and enterprise real estate group. This involves providing exceptional, timely strategic decision support, proactive analysis of opportunities and risks, and financial guidance and information to enable each business unit, and the company as a whole, to achieve its objectives. You will be responsible for working with site/unit management to establish policies, programs, processes, systems and standards to implement approved corporate strategies. Power BI and/or digital transformation experience SAP (system they use), and/or enterprise system experience such as Oracle CPA accounting designation (plus) 7-15+ years of experience as a financial controller and experience working within people management Experience managing large enterprises budgets comprising of $100M+ Industry Background in utilities, oil, gas, solar, energy, or nuclear Experience creating operational and financial reports (monthly, quarterly annual) relating to P&L, cost, and budget. Experience with financial audits and OEB filing, financial performance improvement initiatives, able to oversee the effectiveness of internal controls and risk policy compliance procedures for all transactions. Experience within financial risk and able to highlight such risk in relation to projects, contracts, business cases and lifecycle planning Coordination and project management experience Strong Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, large data sets) Previous managerial experience (this team will be a team of 6) Comfortable with a managerial role and having responsibilities such as future hiring, performance management, technical management for 6-15 team members Client oriented mindset, in this role "clients" will be internal stakeholders and cross functional teams Strong communication skills, able to present and communicate to executive leaders and cross functional teams Strong experience with enterprise systems such as SAP ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly Learn, problem solve on your own, take good notes, ask good questions Education Level - University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; Accounting preferred
