Job Description Kada Recruiting is partnering with an amazing digital marketing agency, recruiting for the right person to fill a Marketing Automation Manager position. This role is flexible/hybrid. This role can be located in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, Texas, or California area or fully remote. May need to come into the office periodically for company and team meetings. A four-time Inc. 5000 company, this agency services the mid-market (clients range in $3-$30M) with a unique differentiator in demand generation marketing services. They provide a true turnkey outsourced suite of marketing capabilities on a monthly retainer basis, including SEO/SEM, lead generation, PPC, social media marketing, marketing automation, asset development, and branding. Requirements This company is seeking an experienced Hubspot Consultant to lead the build out and design of audience-specific emails within their clients' Hubspot instances. The Hubspot Consultant will work across multiple client accounts, possess excellent communication skills, and drive results for each campaign. This role will report to the VP of Production and will work closely with their Client Services team to shape the way their clients engage with their own prospects and clients. 3+ years of marketing automation experience Bachelor's degree Experience with Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite Work effectively with clients to determine the vision of the campaign and ensure execution. Present weekly project status updates and forecasts of incoming work for team meetings. Experience with Analytics and other digital marketing tools is a plus Proven track record with cross-functional collaboration and achieving high customer satisfaction Strong understanding of marketing initiatives and tactics Ensure timely and successful deployment of all targeted email campaigns. Identify potential issues or challenges to campaign or project completion and recommend solutions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Build and implement custom and standard automation as well as one-off marketing campaigns. Experience with business analytics, tracking KPIs, generating reports, and recommending next steps based on data-driven insights Execute A/B testing, track and analyze data (achieve engagement, conversion, revenue, and growth goals), report on results of campaigns, and make strategic recommendations in order to achieve maximum ROI. Experience with email marketing service providers and marketing automation technologies; Hubspot experience preferred Ensure all emails comply with best practices to ensure accurate email tracking, deliverability, and a great customer experience. Proofread email copy and subject lines for clarity, grammar, and spelling. Establish targeting strategies based on customer lifecycle segmentation and predictive analytics. Create segments for optimal delivery and conversion rates. Participate in email marketing thought leadership.
