The Regional Finance Manager (FP&A) plays a crucial role in the financial management and strategic planning of a leading provider practice management organization of dermatology services. This position involves financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and assisting with the strategic planning processes. The Regional Finance Manager collaborates with various departments to analyze financial data, develop financial models, and provide insights that support key business decisions and growth initiatives. Responsibilities: Duties/Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Analyze revenue and expense variances, assess financial risks, and recommend corrective actions. Work with operations and prepare financial forecasts and company growth strategies. Develop the annual budget process for regional operations Assist in the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives. Evaluate opportunities, assess ROI, and provide financial guidance for strategic decision-making. Prepare financial reports, analyses, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Continuously improve financial planning processes and models to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Strong understanding of financial concepts, financial statements, and financial modeling techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills are essential. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards in the healthcare sector. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Licensure/Certifications/Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis roles, preferably in the healthcare or dermatology industry. Experience in private equity-backed companies is favoured.
