Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve division sales goals and reduce customer churn. Develop and maintain sales plans, coach and mentor team members, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Direct team members towards high-quality leads, assist in closing deals, and support the opening of new accounts. Administer the annual sales operating plan and budget, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Utilize support roles to enhance sales efforts and coordinate product demonstrations. Communicate sales data, plan sales meetings, and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and maintain customer service standards. Recruit, train, and mentor team members, evaluate performance, and provide coaching and support. Stay informed about industry trends and develop relationships with potential customers. Oversee sales policies, recruitment, and staff management. Other duties as assigned. Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field required. Related Experience: Minimum of 5 years foodservice sales experience and 2 years supervisory experience required. Overnight travel may be necessary. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills required. Proficient computer skills preferred. Licenses: Valid driver's license required. DUI convictions within the last 3 years will not be considered. #LI-PL1
