As a Digital Marketing Director (Website Focus) at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by driving our digital presence, ensuring an exceptional user experience, maximizing consumer engagement and conversion, fostering collaboration with agencies and development teams, and implementing comprehensive digital, CRO and SEO marketing strategies that drive leads for the Company. What You'll Contribute In this role, you can expect to: Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy aligned with WSH's brand identity and consumer needs. Oversee design, functionality, and content to optimize user experience, drive engagement, and increase conversion. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate consumer insights, market trends, and business goals into the site strategy. Develop standard reporting to track website performance across company, product, and local branches pages. Provide weekly and monthly reporting on the performance of the website and key landing pages. What It Takes To Succeed At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We'll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you'll bring: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing. Prior experience of 7 years managing website UX and strategy for B2C lead generation campaigns. Prior experience of 5 years managing teams accountable for executing B2C website, UX, conversion and SEO efforts. Strong understanding of web development principles and experience working collaboratively with development teams. Experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz). The actual rate is based on each candidate's skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay. More to Know The standard workweek for this position is Monday - Friday. This role may be eligible for remote work in approved Company locations.
