Key Responsibilities: Perform floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing. Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Assist with other janitorial tasks as needed. Qualifications: No prior experience required-training will be provided. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
