The Staff Development Coordinator has the ability to develop relationships and serve people on a daily basis while training and mentoring team members. They must have a passion for educating team members. Qualified candidates will be a licensed nurse and have experience in a long-term care or hospital setting, have training experience and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
