Job Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the strategies and execution of full-cycle recruitment for the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will utilize data and research to create and execute various recruitment strategies based on market and industry trends. This person will partner with members of the Human Resources team, along with leadership, to provide programs and strategies that align with organizational goals and Company Core Values. The Talent Acquisition Manager will further brand awareness through innovative solutions and capitalize on external opportunities, such as workforce grants, to further propel the organization and its people.
