Wolters Kluwer Clinical Surveillance & Compliance is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will work as a liaison between the Pharmacy Compliance product, clinical, and sales teams, helping to bridge marketing needs, and clearly translate and communicate the solutions' technical features and capabilities into benefits and value propositions. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing plans to drive inbound marketing (lead generation), sales enablement, and thought leadership and assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns, content generation, communications (PR), sales tools, tradeshows and events. This individual should have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functionally to develop the messaging, positioning, as well as comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns required to drive revenue growth. Develop omnichannel campaigns to align customer pain points, market needs, and solution functionality from sales and product management and develop effective go-to-market strategies and tactics for Wolters Kluwer's Simplifi+ Pharmacy Compliance solutions. Ensure effective go-to-market planning and management: Plan, develop, execute, and sustain all elements of go-to-market initiatives to drive demand including product announcements, strategy, market research, target market analysis, outbound messaging, and value propositions, differentiation, sales training, tradeshows, content development, and PR/thought leadership communications activity. Support customer retention initiatives in key accounts and leverage new business marketing and product/feature/partner campaigns to help cross-sell or upsell and service revenue goals. Define distinctive differentiators for products based on target buyer analysis. Deliver a compelling vision that incorporates key input from customers, sales, product management, marketing communications, and others to influence product and solution marketing strategy and industry audiences. Analyze industry, customers, and competitive trends to identify threats and opportunities. Create compelling marketing assets in collaboration with subject matter experts to drive engagement of internal and external audiences. This might include website content, digital assets, virtual and live event content, hardcopy and electronic collateral, whitepapers, videos, and other marketing tools. Interact with customers during seminars, tradeshows, and in customer visits. Cultivate a strong relationship with product marketing, sales and lead generation: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales and customer-facing teams' readiness for product launches, and ongoing enablement that helps drive market adoption and sales success. Work closely with the sales organization to understand the selling process and develop effective sales tools. Identify needs and manage external vendors to support business goals; market research includes the coordination of planned research with internal resources and external vendors in the areas of the voice of customers, segment exploration, market segmentation, market sizing, and competitive analysis to support go-to-market planning. Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience Experience: 7-10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or healthcare industries Preference is given to candidates with healthcare SaaS software experience Demonstrated track record in taking new products to market and achieving market share growth with current products Proven ability to make data-driven decisions that influence and evolve strategic plans Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate their value proposition Agility and speed in executing strong writing and ability to translate complicated ideas into language easily understood by others required Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Comfortable presenting to multiple audiences, including internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment and work effectively with remote team members required. Excellent attention to detail and project management skills, balancing multiple projects with changing priorities simultaneously required. Proven analytical and creative capabilities, including proficiency with marketing technologies and use of data/statistics to assess marketing effectiveness. Experience with marketing automation, customer relationship management (SalesForce) and project management (SmartSheet) tools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft O365 tools, including but not limited Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
