What You'll Do Lead Front-end Development : Architect, build, and scale our consumer-facing dashboards, annotation tools, and other consumer-facing web components. You'll be responsible for delivering clean, performant, and beautiful UIs that transform complex problems into intuitive experiences. Own Big Pieces of Code : As a senior member, you'll own significant portions of the codebase. You'll manage large features end-to-end, taking full ownership of planning, execution, testing, and deployment. Collaborate and Mentor : Partner closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate seamless APIs and create holistic user experiences. You'll also mentor junior engineers, helping them grow and thrive within the team. Innovate on User Experience : You have a passion for creating stunning, user-centric interfaces. Your ability to blend form and function will drive an exceptional B2C UX, influencing the way users interact with AI systems. Adapt and Problem-Solve : Work in a fast-moving, high-stakes startup environment where adaptability is key. You'll face diverse challenges and drive real solutions, making impactful decisions every day. Who You Are Senior Front-end Specialist : With 6+ years of professional experience, you're a seasoned JavaScript, React, and Node.js engineer who's built complex web applications and has an eye for design and UX. You have a proven ability to scale and maintain front-end systems in a fast-growing environment. Leader and Mentor : You enjoy mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects. You're comfortable taking charge, guiding the team through technical challenges, and being the go-to person for difficult problems. Entrepreneurial Mindset : You thrive in the startup world and have experience working in (or even founding) early-stage companies. You're hands-on, proactive, and driven to see ideas through to completion. UX-Centric Builder : You're passionate about designing and developing intuitive, elegant UIs. You understand that the key to user satisfaction is a seamless and visually appealing experience, especially in B2C applications.
