QuickBase Development: - Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and maintain QuickBase applications to streamline business processes. - Customize QuickBase forms, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business requirements. - Create and maintain databases, tables, and relationships within QuickBase. - Develop and implement AI-powered scripts and formulas to enhance the functionality of QuickBase applications. - Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems using QuickBase APIs. 2. Integration with External Systems: - Use APIs to integrate QuickBase with QuickBooks Online, Expensify, Lasso.io (event management platform), Amazon Business Spending, Navan Travel, American Express, and FedEx. - Employ AI algorithms to analyze and interpret data from external systems for better decision-making and predictive insights. - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data between QuickBase and external systems with AI-enhanced data mapping and processing. - Monitor and troubleshoot data synchronization processes with AI-based anomaly detection and resolution. 3. Automation and AI Integration: - Identify opportunities for process automation within the organization, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. - Develop and maintain AI-driven automation scripts and workflows to optimize data entry, notifications, and other business processes. - Incorporate AI algorithms for intelligent process routing and decision-making. - Continuously improve AI models to adapt to changing business needs. 4. Documentation and Training: - Document the development, integration, and automation processes, including AI model configurations and training data. - Provide training and support to end-users on AI-augmented QuickBase applications and automated processes. 5. Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and leverage AI to provide data-driven solutions. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions related to QuickBase development, integration, and AI-powered automation strategies. Requirements Who you are: - Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong interest in software development, database management, process automation, and AI technologies. - Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus. - Familiarity with QuickBase or similar low-code platforms is a bonus. - Experience with API integration, particularly with QuickBooks Online, Expensify, Lasso.io, Amazon Business Spending, Navan Travel, American Express, and FedEx. - Understanding of AI concepts and experience working with AI frameworks and tools is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
