Job Summary: As an Account Manager you are responsible for owning a large book of business. This means leading the process for inbound expansions, QBRs, proactive expansion strategy and more. You will be the first person in this new role. The role and strategy are likely to be highly dynamic and you will be key to the evolution of our strategy. This also means there are few playbooks for how to succeed today. This will be exciting for some and scary for many. Key Responsibilities: Expansion & Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features, services, or products. Develop and present proposals for expansion based on client needs and business objectives. Collaborate with the sales team to drive account growth and increase revenue. Client Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operational use. Collaborate with Recruiting and clients to understand their business objectives and tailor the implementation plan accordingly. Collaborate with our GA Success team to provide comprehensive training and support during the implementation phase to ensure the successful adoption of Advocacy & Feedback: Act as the client's voice within GrowthAssistant, providing feedback to the Recruiting and GA Success teams to drive continuous improvement. Advocate for clients' needs and ensure they receive the support and resources necessary to achieve their goals. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Qualifications: Experience closing business and owning the relationship with key customers. 2-3 years of experience owning a large book of business Experience with account prioritization Experience in staffing or marketing a big plus Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
