Job Summary: The Sales Account Coordinator plays a key role in the total support of the company sales efforts to acquire new business, and to best service large multi-branch accounts. The position requires best practices on quotation projects to get the lowest costing available. Also, this position must organize and engage with multiple departments to best serve the customer. In this position employees must be able to operate at a high level of accuracy and thoroughness, and communicate directly with the customer, and suppliers, via email, phone, as well as in person. We are seeking a talented Sales Account Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Account Coordinator is responsible for the following: Responsibilities: To be the primary voice of the customer within the organization Develop customer relationships at key levels to expand future business. Facilitate quotations on a timely basis and expedite supplier responses. Review supplier quotations, and respond back on any inaccuracies, and note any deviations on the customer quotation. Ability to use formulas to develop selling price and margin percentage, and other key information into customer quotation. Monitor margin changes month-to-month and address Follow the customer contract Terms & Conditions. Ability to review customer drawings, and specifications Ability to work inter-departmentally to resolve concerns and deliver results for the customer. Assist customer with Delivery issues & resolution and engage other departments. Assist with customer Quality/Technical issues and engage other departments. Review & ensure Selling Prices match customer & resolve difference. Must Haves: Fastener knowledge or related hardware experience Computer Skills ability, particularly Microsoft Excel, to sort and provide analytical information.
