Requirements A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or another related field 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing startup environment Proficiency in the use of HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledgeable in labor laws, regulations, and best practices Schedule | Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM) Salary | $95,000 - $130,000+ (based on experience) Human Resources Manager Essential Tasks Be responsible for building a human resource department from the ground up, establishing HR operations, developing recruitment strategies, fostering a positive work environment with professional employee relations, designing strategies to improve talent acquisition, overseeing the hiring process including onboarding new employees, facilitating open communication, creating performance management systems to guide employee engagement and productivity, monitoring and analyzing metrics for decision-making, and providing regular reports on workforce trends, compliance issues, etc. The client's benefits package includes the following: Challenging, exciting work environment.
