Marketing Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Develop and manage effective and innovative sales and marketing initiatives that drive traffic and increase sales for Sports & Social standalone venues and PBR Cowboy Bar + Smokehouse · Ensure that branding is consistent, and brand standards are followed across Sports & Social and PBR Cowboy Bar marketing · Collaborate with corporate marketing and local operations team members to create and execute integrated and localized marketing strategies that align with the broader sales and marketing strategies · Assist in the development of localized marketing calendars, plans, budgets and recaps for select Sports & Social and PBR Cowboy Bar + Smokehouse locations · Manage the development of marketing materials, including signage, print and digital collateral, menus · Execute effective marketing tactics including email newsletters, website messaging, social media content development, etc. · Provide guidance to local teams for content capture ensuring brand guidelines are followed; support organic social media efforts by providing guidance, content ideas and · Ensure effective communication and execution of national marketing programs, strategies and events · Evaluate and develop local partnerships and ensure effective sponsor activations · Manage and place paid advertising for select Sports & Social and PBR Cowboy Bar + Smokehouse locations · Conduct field marketing visits periodically and participate in marketing planning meetings with venue general managers and operations leadership · Oversee photography and videography projects for the Sports & Social and PBR Cowboy Bar + Smokehouse brands · Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and analytics on the performance of marketing initiatives. Marketing Manager Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality and marketing setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. · Must speak fluent English. · Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including corporate leadership, restaurant management, guests, and partners. · Proven experience in managing and optimizing budgets to maximize ROI and support strategic initiatives. · Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and reports. · Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and culinary teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals. · Proven ability to identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and implement effective strategies to overcome obstacles in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to travel up to 10% of the time · May require a valid Driver's License and drive to workshops, tradeshows, conventions, meetings, etc. · May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
