Right at Home Peninsula is seeking a full time Client Care Manager to join our Team! Responsibilities of the Client Care Manager: Conducting client intakes, assessments, and regularly scheduled visits/wellness check-in calls Developing and maintaining the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care partners and referral sources. Serving as a mentor to caregivers and supporting their care delivery. Generating regular streams of new business by building relationships with facilities and representing the organization at networking events Providing after-hours support for our clients, referral partners and prospective clients - this support may include e-mail, telephone and/or home visits What you'll bring (as a fantastic Client Care Manager): Your passion for health and elder care Prior client management, sales and or marketing experience, preferably in the health/home care industry Thrive in an independent, self-motivated environment Great at building and maintaining relationships A calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.
