The Guarantors seeks Manager, Risk Analytics in New York, NY to conduct in-depth actuarial analyses on insurance products and portfolios by assessing financial risk associated with various insurance offerings, evaluating pricing strategies, and making recommendations for adjustments to optimize profitability; Develop, maintain, and update sophisticated forecasting and monitoring models that enhance risk management and underwriting decisions by incorporating advanced statistical techniques & ML algorithms to provide risk exposure and mitigation insights; Extract and manipulate large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets, leveraging SQL and Python to create analytics presentations and use tools such as PowerBI to produce reports; Represent the Risk Team in cross-functional projects and collaborate with various departments to execute key business priorities & assist in strategic recommendations; Create comprehensive project documentation that encompasses methodologies, findings, and recommendations from risk analytics projects to ensure clarity, traceability, and knowledge sharing.Telecommuting from the following states is permitted: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI.To apply, visit & select specific job title.The base salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $140,000 annually. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
