Job Summary - This role is dedicated to increasing sales and market share through effective relationship building and lead generation with potential prospect and existing customers. The individual is to be ambitious, energetic, talented person who is to lead our team, impress our customers, and drive our continued growth. The National Contract Sales Director is responsible and accountable for: Advise and report to the VP of Sales Establish productive and effective relationships with GC key personnel Negotiate and close projects with General Contractors Work closely with GC's, Vendors and Sales staff to develop project specific bid strategies Growth of General Contractor business unit opportunities across the platform Lead platform wide sales efforts to achieve sales targets Assist with research, develop and implement strategies to expand the market share Create business plans to plan for overall revenue and unit targets, as well as individual product category targets Participate in the design and execution of the go to market strategy with regular and periodic tracking and reporting Provide regular and timely observation of pipeline trends with corrective actions and reporting Manage forecast accuracy and align with Production Department Liaise with internal groups to optimize marketing dollars and activities for maximum brand exposure and growth Supports additional projects and accounts as needed Travel for customer visits and trade shows as needed Evaluate performances of the sales team. Coach, mentor, and develop staff Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform Monitor and report the achievement of sales objectives Experience & Other Requirements Customer focused Availability to travel as needed Excellent written and oral communication/presentation abilities Strong technical product knowledge & sales skills in Commercial Door/Frame/Hardware CSI Division 8 and/or 10 Ability to multi-task as several projects will be running simultaneously Experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Comsense is highly desirable A seasoned background in Commercial Door/Frame/Hardware CSI Division 8 and/or 10 is preferred Bachelor's (Preferred)
