Join our team and create your future Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager at Huron, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to optimize our websites and paid traffic channels. Your goal will be to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and maximize return on investment through both SEO and SEM efforts. Qualifications Responsibilities: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities aligned with content pillars and broader business goals. Optimize existing content and identify new traffic opportunities. Act as a consultant to our industry marketers on digital marketing campaigns to effectively promote target industries to prospective clients. Lead SEO and SEM strategies, including paid search and ad programs, channel ad campaign strategy, email marketing, marketing automation and website/landing page optimization. Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement (e.g., underperforming landing pages missing relevant keywords). Collaborate with marketing leadership to secure budget and employ effective strategies. Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics. Identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and 6sense. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes. Drive and optimize for lead conversion through all channels. Mentor and coach two Sr. Digital Marketing Associates Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 8-10 years of experience as a digital marketing strategist. Proven experience in SEO and SEM strategies with a track record of successful campaigns. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI). Experience with SEO and SEM tools (such as SEMrush, SiteImprove, Google Ads, 6sense). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $120,000-$174,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
