Summary: Journeyman Plumber required immediately for commercial plumbing service, projects, and installation. Responsibilities: Commercial and High-Density Residential plumbing service and maintenance. Commercial and High-Density Residential plumbing retrofit and installation. Installation of various types of plumbing and mechanical equipment and associated piping. Read blueprints, determine layouts of plumbing fixtures, water supplies, vent and drainage systems, repair and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, install commercial plumbing fixtures. Work in a safe manner Provide a high level of customer service. Job Skills and Qualifications: Local 290 Member Valid Oregon and Washington State Plumbing Licenses Valid Oregon Driver's License. Understanding of Plumbing state and local codes. Must be able to perform service work in a professional and respectful manner. Ability to work alone and in a team environment. Must be able to lift heavy materials, tools and equipment when required. Back Flow certification preferred.
