We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations: Our Service Technicians are responsible for providing 5-star customer service to our existing customers on regular maintenance appointments while applying chemicals and other manual solutions to eliminate pests. Safely store, mix, apply or spray pesticide chemicals or other manual solutions to building interiors and exteriors, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of insects or other vertebrate pests and deliver tailored solution for customers. If a solution is unable to be identified, the Technician will communicate with the office Interact with customers, face-to-face, to explain service features and benefits Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate and organized service records Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the Company Vehicle Policy Manage inventory, equipment and chemicals and report to the branch for restocks Utilize technology to manage appointments and maintain customer service records Have a commitment to safety in all job areas, including driving, service, and training; this includes participation in on-site meetings and training Adhere to policies and regulations of governing entities where compliance is required Physical Demands and Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Qualifications: Am I qualified for this position?
