This includes financial planning, analysis and reporting; budgeting and forecasting; and accounting and tax work, with strategic and operational oversight of compensation, capital expenditures, real estate and other worldwide areas. Client provides world-class finance, accounting and strategic outsourced solutions to CFO's and other senior-level financial decision makers. International Tax Senior Analyst We are seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join Client's fast paced international tax team within the corporate tax department. The international tax team is very team oriented and is looking for a successful candidate to be involved in the day to day aspects of the non-US tax compliance on assigned countries. Your Impact: Review of foreign (non-US) tax return work papers and ensuring there is proper documentation, reviewing tax returns prepared by internal staff members and tax advisors, supervising tax payments, coordinate with transfer pricing team on local requirements, and reviewing tax audit inquiries; Assisting managers and participating in meetings/conference calls for tax planning purposes; Assisting managers and participating in communications with the client, outside advisors and various teams within Client; Proactively manage workload because of the multiple deadlines associated with monthly tax deliverables; Understanding and applying accounting and tax concepts to assigned projects; Analyzing issues and suggesting viable solutions; Reviewing supporting documentation and responses to tax notices to tax authorities and/or advisors; Reviewing tax payment calculations and requests; Reviewing current and deferred tax provisions for both US GAAP and statutory financial statements; Reviewing tax provisions including FAS 109 calculations to determine deferred income tax expense; Reviewing tax accounting and financial statement disclosures; Training and supervising staff; Demonstrating strong communication skills in both writing and speaking; Be organized and show an appropriate level of attention to detail on assigned projects; Be resourceful and find ways to be more efficient; Collaborating with team members (internally and externally) on various tax consulting and non-consulting matters; Collaborating in the decision making process for various complex matters.
