Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Company Name: Warrior Precast LLC Salary: $75,000- $120,000 per year, depending on experience Full Job Description Warrior Precast LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead, manage, and mentor our sales team across the region. The Regional Sales Manager will not only oversee the sales representatives but will also take on their own sales duties, ensuring that goals are met, customer relationships are nurtured, and new market opportunities are explored. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of local building codes, and the ability to drive sales efforts across the region. Who we are: Superior Walls by Warrior Precast LLC is privately owned and operated.. Our Founder had been building homes for 15 years before discovering Superior Walls in 2000. After realizing how Superior Walls decreased labor costs & kept his projects on track coming out of the ground, he brought some of his customers together to create Superior Walls by Warrior Precast LLC. While we manufacture our panels in Rock Island, TN, we currently serve Middle and East Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Northern and Central counties in Alabama and Georgia. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and manage the regional sales team by providing coaching, supervision, and performance reviews. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers while pursuing new leads to drive business growth. Handle personal sales responsibilities, including closing deals and managing client relationships. This role will encompass both individual sales as well as leading a sales team Inspect building sites to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations before scheduling shipments. Represent Warrior Precast professionally at industry trade shows and networking events. Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed budgeted sales targets. Conduct regular sales reviews to monitor the progress of the team and address any challenges. Serve as the primary contact for escalations or issues raised by the sales team. Mentor and train underperforming or new sales staff to meet performance standards. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM systems and digital tools for effective sales management, tracking, and reporting. Perform other duties as assigned to support company growth and success. The ideal candidate should possess: Strong background in scaling organizations and experience working in medium - large companies is required. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse sales team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. In-depth knowledge of local building codes and SWA building site requirements. Experience in sales management, particularly in the building products industry. Proficiency in reading and producing blueprints using CAD software. Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Willingness to travel as needed to meet company goals and support the sales team. Minimum Qualifications: Technical and relational sales skills with a proven track record of success. Ability to deliver results consistently by under-promising and over-delivering. Experience managing a wide range of personalities within a team. Valid driver's license for non-CDL transport. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing a geographically distributed sales team. Previous sales experience in building products or a related industry. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience. Military experience or equivalent civilian certifications will be considered in place of a formal secondary education. Benefits: Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range, which will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. The base pay for this role is between $75,000 and $120,000. Override of 1% on Team Sales Commission on Your Personal Sales Performance-based Rewards / Annual Bonuses Company vehicles provided for business-related travel within the region.
