Description Our Director role is designed to provide a rich development opportunity for high-caliber candidates. About the role: As a leader in this development program, you will have the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and competencies to operate as part of a high-performance leadership team. Candidates will be exposed to one-on-one mentoring, leadership meetings, and future leadership events to grow professionally. Whether your goal is to remain a leader on our team, become a Chick-fil-A Operator, or branch out into other endeavors down the road, our goal is to help you achieve those dreams through your personal growth with us. Note: This role will spend majority of their time working in the business (Restaurant Operations) and part of their time working on the business after training is complete. Upper Level Management Program Overview: Phase I: Operational Onboarding (0-4 Months learning the restaurant operations) Guest Experience - Front of House and Drive-Thru Culinary Process - Kitchen/Food Prep Phase II: Team Leadership (4-12 months) Shift Team Leadership Special Project Teams Phase III: Department Management Learn and manage specific parts of the business, including: Social Media Catering AM/PM Kitchen Facilities Interviewing Food Cost Drive-Thru Hospitality Etc. Phase IV: Department Director Talent Director Training Director Operations Director Marketing Director Financial Return Director Kitchen Director Hospitality Director Drive-Thru Director Facilities Director Catering Director Note: The above outline is the ideal candidate progression. However, this can change based on the needs of the business or the capacity of the candidate. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
