Job Description Lockheed Martin's SOF GLSS Team, the leading provider of a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance and sustainment services is seeking an Logistics Management Analyst to join the SOF GLSS team in Fayetteville, NC. The candidate will perform classified duties supporting multiple Special Operations groups and must provide subject matter expertise in logistics and supply chain management. Basic Qualifications Must have the knowledge to manage assets, inventories, develop property accountability documentation supporting life-cycle logistics management projects Working knowledge of, and skill in monitoring various automated logistics systems to determine their efficiency in meeting established information requirements, recommend changes and/or assist units/activities in recommending changes Desired skills Experience with responsibility for substantive decisions that require extensive technical and specialized knowledge's of one or more logistical functional areas Able to coordinate and synchronize staff actions with government and support contractors responsible for materiel/asset management operations Experience evaluating plans for and provision of logistical support for feasibility, efficiency, and economy, and to develop alternatives when required. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Premium Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800.
