Job Details Job Location Integrity Music Nashville - Franklin, TN Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Salary Range $66,497.00 - $83,121.00 Salary Job Shift Day Job Category Marketing Description Strategic Responsibility: The Marketing Manager will build strong artist and ministry platforms by leading the marketing processes, ensuring strategic alignment across all departments including (but not limited to) radio, social media, publicity, song promotion, and digital/streaming platforms. This candidate will serve as the primary innovator and creator of Executive Marketing Strategies for Integrity Music artists, brands, projects, and products - including every aspect of the consumer experience, from ideation to go-to-market execution. Whomever fills this role is an excellent collaborator and galvanizer, drawing on the experience and skills of multiple in-house departments to achieve high-producing consumer engagement and content consumption. As the connection point between Artists, Management, and A&R, this highly effective communicator will convey the overall Vision, Mission, and OKRs to the rest of the marketing and production team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for evaluating and providing detailed ROI reports for multiple marketing channels while managing real-time adjustments. Job Description: Work with A&R to develop brand and positioning for artists and projects. Write strategic marketing briefs that guide the team to create product plans and marketing collateral aligned with the strategy Serve as the lead manager to drive effective strategies and execution across digital performance marketing, social media, communications and PR, CRM and content/creative Be accountable for tracking and reporting against KPIs related to performance, budget, and revenue associated with marketing plans Implement and monitor progress of all parts of the marketing plan throughout the life of the project Manage copy for new release pages, packaging sell copy, promo copy, and other product copy as needed Collaborate as part of a team to evaluate and analyze effectiveness of various marketing and promotional initiatives and make continuous improvements Work with supervisor and Integrity team members to determine if/when outside resources are required Some event planning/coordination tasks pertaining to release parties, live recordings, or nights of worship. Work closely with A&R to plan these events. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Position Requirements: Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other applicable area of study is required. Will accept 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree. Experience: 3+ years experience in marketing with prior music marketing experience strongly preferred. The candidate must be adept at organizing/managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting timelines. They should possess a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into effective tactics. Experience with digital advertising, SEO, social media marketing music and working with artists/manager highly desirable. Excellent communications and people skills are a necessity. Experience with graphic design, HTML and video/audio editing are a bonus. Specialized Knowledge/Certification: Knowledge and experience with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Audio/Video Editing Software are beneficial. Equipment Knowledge: Mac and/or PC Computers.
