Job Description: As a Physical Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement physical therapy programs for patients with various physical conditions, illnesses, and injuries. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practices. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative measures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution. Current Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
