Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of multiple divisions within a company, including construction, restoration, and administration. They ensure customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, staff development, and compliance with company objectives and standards. Primary Responsibilities •Develop and implement annual operational plans and budgets with the executive team. •Set and monitor quarterly objectives for division managers. •Manage and support operational activities across all divisions. •Lead, motivate, and support teams to achieve high performance. •Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with company policies. •Oversee customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles. •Implement quality assurance protocols and address customer feedback. •Develop and monitor departmental budgets. •Analyze financial data to support profitability and informed decision-making. •Manage financial risks and assist with budgeting for construction projects. •Establish and update policies and procedures for consistent operations. •Use key performance metrics to evaluate and improve performance. •Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and manage resource allocation. •Communicate with management, staff, vendors, and subcontractors. •Stay updated on industry practices and technologies. •Assist with recruiting, training, and other tasks as needed. Qualifications •5+ years management experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry. •Ability to manage $6m+ branch operations. •High school diploma/GED, college degree preferred. •IICRC certifications-WRT and ASD, Master designation a plus. •Effective written and oral communication. •Excellent leadership and effective communication skills. •Knowledgeable at estimating, job costing, and quality control. •Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Xactimate estimating software. •Experience working with property owners and clients. •Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law. Compensation •Salary $100,000 to $125,000 DOE plus Commission & Bonuses. •Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Available. •401(k) •Paid Time Off.
