Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing, to identify and generate high-quality leads. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their restoration needs, providing solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our restoration services, expertise, and value proposition. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach, understanding clients' unique requirements and offering tailored solutions that meet their specific restoration needs. Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and our organization, and successfully close sales. Relationship Building: Actively network and engage with industry professionals, attend trade shows and events, and participate in community initiatives to expand your professional network and build brand awareness. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and provide timely feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Business-to-Business outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service (Multifamily, Commercial, Insurance, Senior Living Industry a plus) Proven track record of success in a full sales cycle. Demonstrated success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory Strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and build rapport with clients. Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, coupled with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills. Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment. Proficiency knowledge in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Utilize phone or tablet to log sales activities. Experience, knowledge and understanding of the restoration industry is a plus, but not required.
