Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our peopleJob Summary Senior Sous Chef Job Overview: As the Senior Sous Chef, you will assist in the successful operation of the Culinary Department, overseeing five retail units. Your responsibilities include supervising, preparing, and cooking various food items, developing daily menu items, and their garnishment. You will also supervise hourly associates and work closely with the Executive Chef to create new menus, manage orders, and maintain cost controls. This is a dynamic role suited for an energetic, entrepreneurial culinary professional. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and expendituresHelp plan and create menusOversee catering events and executionImplement new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams Preferred Qualifications: A.O.S.
