Procurement Category Manager: Labor & Services Role Overview: The Procurement Category Manager for Labor & Services is responsible for strategic sourcing of Labor & Services for the Primient manufacturing sites. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute regional procurement strategies, manage supplier spend, and ensure robust commercial arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Category management in manufacturing companies, along with strong negotiation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Deliver value through supplier management activities and strategic sourcing opportunities Develop positive stakeholder relationships and participate in cross functional category sourcing teams Competitively tender subcategories to achieve business goals Manage regional spend for services including mechanical, electrical, industrial cleaning, and equipment rental Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Engineering/Business 3+ years of experience in category management for an industrial company Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite Location: This position can be located in our office in Decatur, Illinois or Schaumburg, IL.
