A Philadelphia-based real estate team is seeking a talented marketing coordinator to join the marketing team who excels in taking on open-ended projects and has strong attention to detail! The marketing team is responsible for activation, advertising, campaign management, and working with stakeholders individually to achieve their marketing goals. You will work closely with internal clients to make their marketing efforts more efficient, less time-consuming for their team, and increase ROI of allocated budgets. As a marketing team member, your goal is to understand broad concepts and key areas of business focus as presented by the marketing team, and deliver assets in alignment with the team's yearly marketing plan. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 • Paid Time Off - 1st year (16) days PTO and 11 National Holidays • 401k (2% match) • Health Insurance Responsibilities: In this position you will: • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the company brand • Deliver creative and design requests, on-brand solutions to marketing needs of internal clients and external sales agents, while working closely with individual teams to identify and refine the scope of their marketing needs and goals, and propose solutions that move them closer to success • Learn the real estate industry and be comfortable identifying trends and influences within the market to effectively and accurately contribute to content development needs • Understand the key areas of improvement within each brand, and propose new ideas and initiatives to boost overall sales growth and customer retention • Work with other in-house brands to build trust and strong working relationships through effective management of projects, and ensure consistent, timely, and accurate delivery of new marketing materials • Cultivate relationships with agents and internal stakeholders to contribute to a sense of trust and reliability of the team's marketing resources • Liaison between the marketing and client to gather thoughts and prepare content in an organized and easy-to-understand manner so that the design team can quickly execute design needs. Then work with internal stakeholders to have assets approved and manage implementation and go-to-market plans • Utilize Canva, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite to manage templates library, routinely seek opportunities for new content development and present potential content pieces to the team • Plan and execute recurring social media marketing efforts and uphold brand standards on each account • Feel comfortable working independently and with a team to develop messaging tactics for email, print, social media, and direct mail campaigns • Understand the value behind the current organizational structure of our marketing asset library, apply proper naming conventions for assets, and documentation processes, and suggest improvements to the structure of the library • Leverage marketing templates library to create flyers, sales graphics, and items to meet the needs of sales teams in a timely manner • Be a positive part of the team's culture, inspiring and empowering other members of the team to achieve and change with the needs of the organization • Deeply understand team goals and vision, identify how you can contribute to overarching initiatives, and take ownership of tasks to contribute to the team's vision Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: • BSBA/BA in Marketing, Advertising or Communications or 1-2 years of applicable marketing experience • Possess a strong understanding of marketing strategy, channel management, and asset prioritization • Exemplary project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once • Strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, and find common ground when presented with differences of opinions • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator and experience working within brand standards to create new graphic design assets • Social Media management experience • Advertising, content creation and copywriting experience • A strong attention to detail, highly organized, and processed-based workflows • An interest in cultivating interpersonal relationships with office staff, agents, and sister companies to foster a sense of community • Ability to work independently and take accountability over performance, while working towards collaborative goals and initiatives Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 • In this position you will: • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the company brand • Deliver creative and design requests, on-brand solutions to marketing needs of internal clients and external sales agents, while working closely with individual teams to identify and refine the scope of their marketing needs and goals, and propose solutions that move them closer to success • Learn the real estate industry and be comfortable identifying trends and influences within the market to effectively and accurately contribute to content development needs • Understand the key areas of improvement within each brand, and propose new ideas and initiatives to boost overall sales growth and customer retention • Work with other in-house brands to build trust and strong working relationships through effective management of projects, and ensure consistent, timely, and accurate delivery of new marketing materials • Cultivate relationships with agents and internal stakeholders to contribute to a sense of trust and reliability of the team's marketing resources • Liaison between the marketing and client to gather thoughts and prepare content in an organized and easy-to-understand manner so that the design team can quickly execute design needs.
