Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards & HRIS for our client in Audubon, PA. This role focuses on developing and managing global compensation, benefits, and HR systems strategies to ensure competitive and compliant programs aligned with business goals. You'll work closely with senior leadership to foster an inclusive, performance-driven culture, while overseeing compensation structures, benefits plans, and the HRIS platform. This permanent position offers $175,000-$200,000/year plus bonus. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Ensure programs align with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals and market benchmarks. Oversee base salary, incentive, executive compensation, and benefits programs. Collaborate on short- and long-term incentive plans. Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and optimize benefits for efficiency and employee needs. Manage the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and driving system improvements. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights to leadership, while developing the Total Rewards and HRIS teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred. 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with 5+ years in leadership. Expertise in executive compensation and benefits management. Knowledge of FLSA, ACA, ERISA regulations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to travel up to 15%.
