About the Job Winsupply Sourcing Services (WSS) operates ~2 million square feet of wholesaling warehouse space, while offering inventory and vendor management, to be the premier vendor partner for our customer base. Our customer base consists of aspiring entrepreneurs who own and operate their own wholesale distribution businesses, now over 650 businesses nationwide. Therefore, this job provides the opportunity to have a direct impact in the success of entrepreneurial small businesses across the United States, and in particular, those that rely on WSS to improve their inventory turnover. WSS transacts with vendors and customers nearly three quarters of a million times in a given fiscal year. In this role, you will help ensure WSS' local company customers receive the accurate price on items they purchase from the distribution center network. Job Details Reports To: Manager, Distribution Center Processing Direct Reports: None Pay Rate: Hourly Leadership Hiring Manager: Amy Phillips Hiring Executive: Brandon Yanak, CPA Key Job Responsibilities by Assigned Service Sector Pricing Accuracy Ensure vendor partners continuously provide current price sheets Upload price changes to internal ERP price systems Verify product pricing codes and other manufacturer information is current within system Maintain and continually work to improve vendor relationships and overall price update process Verify that price information presented to local company customers is current and accurate Ensure price updates in internal ERP system push to published WSS material Pricing Corrections Investigate, depending on amount, and resolve all price discrepancy tickets submitted by local companies Respond to inquiries on and proactively offer solutions to prevent price discrepancy issues Advocate buy-in, ensure effective operating, and implement Quote System Support CE Specialists in the resolution of pricing exceptions identified during order entry process Pricing Analytical Review Perform regular reviews of quotes and allowances loaded in system to ensure effective expiration dates Leverage internal reporting to review Local Company external purchases in comparison to DC sales prices, and work with vendor partners to ensure DC sell price matches current market rate for every LC Processing Compliance and Excellency Ensure adherence to WSS Policies on all matters Develop WSS / Winsupply operational and system expertise, including knowledge of internal ERP system Maintain proper documentation on all matters; communicate identified process improvements All other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. In lieu of degree, relevant experience considered. Experience in wholesale industry a plus. Proficient with office technology and software.
