Job Description: Business Solutions As a Business Solutions team member in Crowe's Consulting Practice , your role will be focused on helping clients resolve business needs to improve processes and business functions such as operating performance, use of technology, delivery of customer experiences and/or management decision making. You will define, craft, develop and implement business and technology solutions based on analysis of current practices, processes, technologies and data in comparison to leading industry practices, technologies and benchmarks. Your career could launch across one of the many industries we serve, including areas such as: Financial Services You will have the opportunity to help clients in a wide variety of ways ranging from improving performance to transitioning technology to developing and supporting Crowe technology solutions. New hires may participate on project teams focused on the analysis and implementation of redesigned processes, the selection and conversion of new systems, the facilitation of strategic business and digital transformation plans, the management of large bank projects, the completion of complex merger transactions, and/or the development and support of Crowe technology applications. Crowe technology solutions for financial services support robust credit portfolio management, integrated risk management, proactive customer relationship management, and efficient back-office processing, as well as other solutions to be developed. Manufacturing and Distribution You will work with clients in the manufacturing industry to help transform their business requirements into a state-of-the-art technology solution that will enable their organization to exploit new opportunities, engage better with their customers and compete globally in the dynamic "Cloud-First" era. New hires will assist in software implementation through requirements gathering, configuration, testing, rollout and training. Our technology solutions help support business functions such as finance, operations, risk management and compliance. Public Sector You will have the opportunity to work with clients in a wide variety of state and local government agencies to help solve problems. This includes helping them determine their needs or assisting them in defining, designing, developing and implementing solutions that provide critical value to their organization. Projects in this role could include business process consulting/reengineering, organizational change management, project management support, technology assessments, financial analysis, municipal advisory, data analysis, and functional assistance implementing new technology systems that enable clients to improve the performance of their organizations . Typical project responsibilities could include process mapping, data and requirements gathering and analysis, client meeting facilitation support, preparing and supporting presentations, project management support, change management, business process analysis, strategic planning, and financial analysis. Projects in this role could also be structured around the finance and regulatory compliance needs of state and local governmental organizations in the areas of public finance (municipal advisory, budgeting & forecasting, financial management, arbitrage rebate liability calculations and verification services) or rate and feasibility studies. Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following areas, or comparable major: Business Administration Accounting Finance Economics Operations Management Public Finance Public & Environmental Affairs, Supply Chain Public Policy Economics Industrial Engineering Systems Engineering Information Technology Management Information Systems Ability to travel up to 75% Preferred Qualifications: Strong ability to learn new skills quickly and the desire to have a career where you are continuously learning Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think in a systematic, analytical fashion Self-motivated to deliver quality results, take responsibility and grow Aptitude to learn and use cutting edge technology to tackle business problems Learn and work well both in a team and independently Ability to utilize both technical and interpersonal skills to assist clients Demonstrate strong work ethic Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong conceptual thinking and creativity Entrepreneurial spirit The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
