Are you a customer-oriented administrative professional seeking a new opportunity? In this Office Assistant role, you will be the liaison with the sales department, assisting with costing new orders and documentation through the purchase order process. Responsibilities include: Effective and timely communication with vendors and sales team Accurately managing the order process including all documentation management Running costs for orders and following them from start to finish Purchasing Office Assistant requirements: Ability to work independently Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel and Access preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment Previous work experience supporting a purchasing department is desirable Strong Work Ethic This Office Assistant opportunity is a full time, temp-to-hire role onsite in Longmeadow, MA.
