Company: | RR Hockey, LLC (Reading Royals) Title: | Premium & Group Sales Coordinator Reports to: | Vice President of Corporate Partnerships Summary: The ECHL Reading Royals and the Santander Arena & Santander Performing Arts Center have an immediate opening for a Premium & Group Sales. The primary goal for this position is to increase revenues through proactive outreach to grow group tickets and premium seating with excellent customer service and communication. The Premium & Group Sales Manager will assist the Box Office and Sales Team in building group sales & developing and marketing new premium seating opportunities at both venues. This individual must be self-motivated, well organized and professional. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Responsible for selling full menu of ticket products with a focus on premium seats, single event suite rentals, and group experiences •Work with multiple departments to develop and execute the Santander Arena Premium Seating inventory including VIP areas and Suites to create new revenue streams for all events •Facilitate sales for large groups and super groups •Manage and participate in the development and implementation of all aspects of Group Sales programs and Premium Seating •Achieve/exceed assigned sales goals •Assist with development and implementation of revenue and expense budget for group sales & premium seating department •Build, foster, and maintain the highest level of customers service to all current and prospective clients •Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through creative means including, but not limited to: networking events, speaking engagements, seat visits at events/games, off site meetings, prospect tickets in-game and virtual meetings. •Assist with community relations efforts •Facilitate tickets and provide clear communication and service for all group and premium ticket holders •Sell non-leased Suites for single events and Reading Royals Games •Develop leads for new clients, suite holders, sponsors, etc. Qualifications/Education Required: •Bachelor's degree required •Two to three (2-3) years of experience in a similar work environment •Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Experience with Ticketmaster Host a plus. •Ability to work nights, weekends and select holidays as required, in addition to traditional business hours •High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and personal accountability. •Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational ability. •Must demonstrate ability to work well both independently and as part of a team; must have a positive attitude •Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, clients and facility management •Desire to learn and grow professionally in the career of sales and service in sports and entertainment We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
