US Outsourced Trading Analyst - AVP/VP

Job Description Primary Responsibilities: You will be an integral part of an Outsourced Trading Desk team Directly interact with client in investment diligence and day-to-day support of portfolio managers implement and optimize automated trading solutions for clients Build and automate investment related tasks for senior staff Work to integrate new technology with existing systems Monitor daily industry and company-specific news flow, summarizing key takeaways for distribution to investment teams Communicate clearly and concisely with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and Executing brokers Required Background: Bachelor's Degree with strong academic record 3-6 years equity trading experience with extensive knowledge of algo suite strategies/parameters Strong preference for individuals with sell side low touch / electronic trading experience. Familiarity with transaction cost analysis is preferred Highly motivated, confident and passion for markets Lives in New York area or willing to relocate Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Proven ability to work with a team and independently to meet strict deadlines Preferred Background: Programming experience in Python, R, Java or other comparable language preferred Series 7, 63, 57 preferred Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $175,000 - $250,000. The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
