Provide Administrative support for the Health Risk Management (HRM) department and specifically assist AVP and VP level HRM lead resources with the delivery of services provided to Medical Stop Loss captive program member owners. Assist with coordination of annual captive program workshop agendas and planning, assist with preparation and planning for monthly educational webinars, coordination with third party vendors and service providers, creating and updating draft reports and presentations, data entry and analysis including database management. ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree or equivalency in a related discipline and at least two (2) years of experience in the health and group benefits insurance, client service or consulting industry is preferred SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS: Prior knowledge and understanding of employer sponsored health insurance and specifically self-funding with stop loss protection, TPAs, PBMs or other solutions providers (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organizational, planning, and prioritization skills Strong analytical, problem solving, and judgment skills Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure at times Detail-oriented Works well independently and in a team environment Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills Commitment to company values Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Workshop preparation, including drafting agendas and related administration Maintain historical health risk management benchmarks & client report cards Maintain Health Risk Management related member portal items Provide customer support to service partners, members, and other internal and external contacts in person, via the phone, or via email. Assist with preparation for monthly HRM educational webinars Assist with setting up CRM campaign correspondence to captive members and broker partners Support captive program sub-committee work streams Data collection from members and service partners Assist in meeting preparations Assist on special projects PRIORITIES: Strong organizational skills, Accuracy, Detail Oriented, Timeliness, Multi-tasking, and Positive Team Attitude TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required and specifically for domestic workshops when conducted off-site and away from Captive Resources' offices in Itasca, IL.
